H1N1 immunization clinics set for Dec. 1 Breaking News print this article

On Monday afternoon, Western Health announced the following clinics scheduled for Dec. 1. The H1N1 vaccination is open to members of the public who have not yet received their vaccine.

Stephenville, Community Health Office, Western Health, Dec. 1, 1 p.m. – 4 p.m.

Jeffrey’s, St. Mary Magdalene Anglican Church Hall, Dec. 1, 1 p.m. – 4 p.m.

Piccadilly, Community Health Office, Western Health, Dec. 1, 1 p.m. – 4 p.m.

Cape St. George, Community Health Office, Western Health, Dec. 1, 1 p.m. – 4 p.m.

Stephenville Crossing, Community Health Office, Western Health, Dec. 1, 1 p.m. – 4 p.m.

St. George’s, Community Health Office, Western Health, Dec. 1, 1 p.m. – 4 p.m.

Western Health reminds parents that children between the ages of six months and three years of age who require a second H1N1 vaccination will be called by their local community health office to arrange for an appointment.  Children between the ages of three years and nine years who have a chronic condition (such as asthma) and require a second H1N1 vaccination are reminded to contact their local community health office for an appointment. 

As part of the H1N1 immunization registration process, persons are required to have their MCP Card with them at the time of registration. People are asked to wear short sleeves or easy roll up sleeves.
